A group activity or rental equipment shall be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation of booked activity initiated by client earlier than 30 days before booked activity day: OutdoorEvents will invoice / claim 15% of quoted sum, or refund / credit invoice 85% of pre invoiced sum, unless otherwise agreed before booking or invoicing.
Cancellation of booked activity 15 -29 days before booked day: 50% of invoiced sum will be refund or 50% of agreed sum will still be claimed and may be invoiced even if you have not got any invoice at cancellation.
Cancellation 14 days or later before booked activity/rental check out day: No money will be refund / 100 of agreed fee will be claimed / or may be invoiced even if you have not got any invoice at cancellation.
